• ABOUT SAINT VLAS/ SVETI VLAS

Sveti Vlas is situated at the foot of the Balkan mountain surrounded by picturesque nature and beach line of total length of 1,5 kilometers. What makes it a preferred destination for holidaymakers and investors is the winning combination of sea and mountain climate. Four kilometers north of Sunny Beach, Saint Vlas is 25 minutes from Bourgas and around 1 hour from Varna international airports.
The place, where Saint Vlas is situated, is the biggest tourist area in Bulgaria. The so called Riviera consists of Aheloi, Ravda, Sunny Beach, Saint Vlas, Elenite.
It is the only resort in Bulgaria with completely south facing sandy beach. Saint Vlas is quieter than Sunny Beach, but is close enough to Sunny Beach to benefit from its restaurants, shops and other facilities.
Saint Vlas is one of the most fast-developing seaside settlements due to the fact that the necessary social and technical infrastructure is available - kindergarten, elementary school, library club, a health center, cleaning station. The town is also famous for its brand new and beautiful yacht port, which is being developed close to the water base of the local fishermen. Saint Vlas is a modern beach destination, with brand new hotels and tourist infrastructure.
It springs to life towards the end of 2nd century BC. During the 14th century AC the town was renamed to “Saint Vlas” after a patron saint of cattle growers and merchants. Saint Vlas is announced as a sea resort in 1963.

The immediate proximity of Saint Vlas to Sunny Beach is an important factor for the ever-increasing number of investors. While it is more likely to spend a busy night life at Sunny Beach, Saint Vlas is a more quiet place that will mostly suit families with kids.

• MARINA DINEVI

The yacht port Marina Dinevi is constructed in the Northern part of the Nesebar gulf, south of St. Vlas, immediately under complex Diamant. The location of the port under the south slope of Balkan mountain determines its natural protection from the prevailing north-eastern winds.

As a modern yacht complex with a capacity for about 300 yachts, The Marina offers excellent conditions for stay and residing of yachts. Usage of electricity, water, cable television and Internet are only part of the offered package of services related to the exploitation and the maintenance of the yachts. The security and calmness of the visitors, the quality of the offered services and preservation of the environment are among the most important priorities in the management of the Marina.

On the territory of the Marina are created excellent conditions for the execution of a wide range of business gamma, cultural and sport activities, which turn the place into a center for business, recreations and entertainment. The complex has at its disposal five-star hotel, shipping center and plenty of restaurants and bars. Only a few kilometers away from Nesebar and  resorting complex Slanchev bryag the port has quickly changed into a hit place for the visits of which also contributes the rich of events program.

Each year in the Marina a lot of business, sport and entertainment event take place, the most important of which are the Yacht exhibition Marina Dinevi, the International Regatta Evolution cup, a stage of the Regatta Port Bourgas, first edition of the regatta of the secondary sea schools in Bulgarian. The end of season 2007 was celebrated with a show performance of the actors from the travelling theater – ship Amara Ziy – Canada.
