All apartments are of the same type and have been furnished with everything necessary for a pleasant and comfortable vacation. There are: a living room and a dining room, a fully equipped kitchenette, a master bedroom, a nursery with 2 bed and two wet rooms – a bathroom furnished with a shower and a toilet.

Every apartment has extras such as cable TV, air conditioning and a separate terrace.

On the first level, there are: a living room with a dining room and a fully equipped kitchenette and a toilet. On the second level, there are:  a master bedroom, a nursery and a bathroom furnished with a shower and a WC.

Each maisonette has been furnished in an up-to-date modern style and has extras such as cable TV, air conditioning and a separate terrace with a small table and chairs.

After you have selected and purchased your new home, we offer:

Property maintenance – “Green Village” is under central

administration. Each owner will pay a certain amount per year which will be a

part of the owners’ obligations regarding the complex.

 

This sum allows you to secure the following:

Maintenance and care of the lawns;

Cleaning and maintenance of the swimming pool and the common parts

/including the corridors and the stairs in the buildings/;

Lighting of the whole complex /open and covered common parts/;

24-hour security with guards and security equipment;

Administrative staff on the complex premises, concierge;

Free umbrella and chaise longue at the swimming pool.

Property management /optional/ – if you are buying the

property with the purpose of further investment, we suggest that you take

advantage of this service. Return on investment is provided through an annual

income from the rent of your property. In this case you will sign with us a

management contract securing an annual income and we will take over

the care about the income from the rent and the protection of your interests.

 

Reservation – The process of buying begins with filling a reservation application

and paying a reservation deposit of 3,000 Euro. This deposit will be deducted from

the price of the property at the final payment. The reservation gives the client the

right to visit “Green Village” within 30 days and to inspect the property, as well as to

prepare the documents required for the signing of the Preliminary Contract.
