| The town planning design is solved through composing an architectural volume with a medium number of storeys. It encompasses 34 apartments ranging from 33 sq.m to 63 sq.m structured as one- and two room apartments. Two-room apartments are 32 altogether ranging from 48 to 63 sq.m while the two one room apartments are situated on the terrace floor and have 33 sq.m of built-in area and 60 sq. m worth of terraces (total area of 93 sq.m.). The distribution is planned so that the living rooms (and one or more bedrooms in some cases) are sea-oriented. The building has an elevator servicing the floors and connected with the basement level where covered parking-lot for 21 automobiles is situated. The natural slope of the terrain is used for the construction of one row of basement public infrastructures alongside the southern regulation line of the complex. Five non-food stores are situated here. These volumes are protected by the most sophisticated heat- and hydro insulation materials. The southern outlook is road oriented and completely covered by glass windows. The complex has a combined water-pool at the ground level (for children and adults). Both exterior and interior are characterized by modern visual solution with predominant use of modern material including glass, aluminum, color paints and plasters. The facades will be treated with smooth mineral plaster coloured as to the designer’s model suggestions. Colourеd aluminum structural shape is employed in the doors and windows of the complex. The balcony balustrades also employ aluminum and glass and will be 1, 05 m high over the finished floor level with details executed according to the designer’s model. The best in the branch companies will take care of the security and maintenance of the complex all year round. The apartments in complex are delivered on turnkey contract basis.
