Description

Villa Aqua is new investment project situated on the second beach line of the Southern regulating extension of Saint Vlas and has a wonderful view towards the whole Nessebar bay.

The building is sited approximately 150 m from the sea and 450 m from the Yacht Port "Marina Dinevi" - Saint Vlas, with a capacity of more than 300 yachts, 25 of which 25m long. The property slope is to the South, between the 17 and 21 horizontal above the sea level.

The property lot is located between Cherno More Str and Ribarska Str and it is adjacent to a small park to the North. The urban model is implemented through the composition of a single building located at the North part of the plot. The entrance of the building is to the North.

The total number of the apartments is 19 - 6 one bedroom apartments of 34 sq m to 45 sq m, 11 two bedroom apartments of 54 sq m to 67 sq m and 2 three bedroom apartments of 88 sq m to 99 sq m .

The apartments plan schemes are implemented in such a manner that the living rooms ( in some of the implementations even the bedrooms) face the sea.

The building is equipped with an underground parking lot for 6 vehicles and there is a nearby public parking lot for 26 more vehicles.

A 37 sq m swimming pool for the guests of Villa Aqua is intended.

The housing project and areas are developed with the aspiration to interpret the old Bulgarian and particularly the Black Sea architecture in a contemporary way.

The typical for the period spacious balconies on the first floor, narrow windows, large roof edges, bow windows facing the street and the yard, high stone walls and towers, wooden gates, railings and staircases are taken into consideration when creating the architectural image of the settlement.

The multi-layered architectural volumes are split by using different materials (formatted gradeshki stone, contrast outlined wooden panels and edging, smooth white plaster), roofs at different levels, broken configuration, rotation of the issued and recessed spaces and other architectural methods that bring the architectural composition a multi-leveled look, representative for the old Bulgarian architecture.

The facades will be polished with smooth white plaster on mineral base.

The finishing coating of the terrace floors will be wood siding.

The roofs will be composed of glossy red tiles, resembling the old Bulgarian one-outfall tile.

The joinery will be filled with colorful aluminum or plastic profiles resembling wood.

The parapets of the balconies will be of wood according to the designer’s detailed decision of 1.05 meters height over the stage of the prepared floor.

All wooden items will be treated with advanced nonflammable primers and finishing layers.

 

The security and maintenance of the villa settlement is in charge of the best in the field and it is all the year round.

All the apartments in the settlement Villa Aqua are offered at “turn key”.

According to your personal idea of a home, you can select high- quality materials for finishing the apartment, such as terra-cotta, wall colors, and sanitary facilities equipment.

On your request we can perform an airconditioning unit as well as complete furnishing.

Each apartment is supplied with cable TV.
