The holiday settlement consists of 9 double houses, which include maximum 3 floors.

The flat roofs are shaped as roof terraces with a mini-bar and a massage center, 4 of them being also equipped with Jacuzzi.

They offer wonderful panorama to the sea bay. The ground floor holiday houses have their own garden areas and some of them also have swimming-pools. There is a swimming-pool with a bar in the landscaped park. The guests have a reception desk and a bistro-restaurant and a party hall.

The complex has about 200 beds in 32 three-room residences, 26 two-room residences and four studios with two to six single and double beds. The modernly furnished residences have kitchens or kitchen niches.
