We have built three villas in the city of Balchik. The architecture was designed to offer comfort for a whole family and their guests. The place is quiet and peaceful and it could be equipped to match any taste. One villa has found its new owner and so we would like to present you the two remaining villas in the city in Balchik which are for sale.

The first floor is separated in two main halls – office and living room. The office is separate which ensures privacy and peace. It also has a toilet and small storage room.

The spacious and bright living room is designed  to offer different possibilities for decoration and furniture arrangement. It has a fireplace and a fully equipped kitchen. On the first floor there is also a toilet and a small storage under the stairs. (90 m²)

On the second floor you will find the bedrooms. They are big enough to accommodate a family and their guests. There are also two bathrooms to ensure comfort for everybody.

There are also balconies at the south and north bedrooms. The garage is separated from the building. It has an automated silent door which is operated through a remote control. (102 m²)

The third floor is designed as a studio and has its own toilet. There is also a large balcony with a beautiful view to the sea. (all 59 m²)

The town of Balchik is situated 31 km north of Varna. It is a relatively large settlement along the Northern seaside and a harbour used for medium-sized passenger and commercial vessels. It combines the romance of it’s steep streets with the beauty of the sea. For a long time it has been known as the White Town for the mainly white colour of its lime rocks.

The exceptional view of the town Balchik from the sea impressed the great Ovid who exclaimed: "O white stone town, I salute thee for thy inimitable beauty!". The Milesian colonists believed that the goddess of beauty, Aphrodite, was born there out of the sea foam.

Famous place of interest in Balchik City is The Botanical garden - the "residence" of 3000 or so plant species of which cacti alone are over 250, and thus Europe`s second most important collection.
